Camping Alaska (google.com/maps/dir/?api=1&destination=Rue%20des%20Prés%2023%2C%206724%20Marbehan%2C%20Belgique)is located in the south of the province of Luxembourg in the Belgian Ardennes and in the region of the Gaume, well known for its microclimate, the hospitality of its inhabitants, its nature and much more.

At the camping Alaska, you have the choice of renting one of our fully-equipped mobile homes (mobil-home) or staying in an unusual accommodation or even coming with your tent, caravan or motorhome. Choose the holiday that suits you best.

🐾 Pets At Camping Alaska, your pets are welcome 🐶🐱 on request, whether on our transit pitches or in our rental mobil-homes. ⚠️ For safety reasons: • Pets are not allowed in the suspended tent. • Pets must be kept on a leash and up to date with vaccinations. • It is forbidden to leave a pet alone on a pitch, tied up, or locked in a car or rental unit. • Dogs considered dangerous by law (categories 1 and 2) are not accepted on the campsite 🚫. Enjoy your holiday safely with your companion, respecting these rules for everyone’s comfort and safety

Online: Go to the Booking tab on our website, select your dates, your type of accommodation or pitch, fill out the form, and pay by credit card. Payment is immediate, and you will receive a confirmation by email. ⚠️ Your booking is only valid after confirmation and payment receipt. By email: Contact us at info@campingalaska.be.(mailto:info@campingalaska.be) We will send you a confirmation email with our IBAN to make a bank transfer. Once the payment is received, your booking will be confirmed by email. By phone: For any information, you can reach us at +32 495 54 32 31. ⚠️ Bookings cannot be made by phone, only via the website or email. Important: Depending on the season and the type of accommodation, a minimum number of nights may apply.

💳 Payment We accept bank cards (from €1) and cash payments. ⚠️ Important: payment of deposits (rental or barrier card) is cash only. 💡 The nearest ATM is located at Marbehan train station.

🕒 Check-in times For rental accommodations and pitches for tents, caravans, and motorhomes: • Standard check-in: 3:30 pm → 7:30 pm ⚠️ Check-in is not possible after 7:00 pm 💡 Early check-in: arrival from 9:30 am is possible in some accommodations, on request and subject to availability (paid option).

🕚 Check-out times For all rental accommodations: • Check-out between 9:30 am and 11:00 am maximum 💡 Late check-out until 6:00 pm possible, on request and subject to availability (paid option) 📞 Please contact reception the day before departure to confirm your check-out time For pitches for tents, caravans, and motorhomes: • Pitches must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest

💶 Deposit refund The deposit is refunded in cash on the day of departure, only after: • returning the keys to the accommodation • returning the access card for the barrier • inspection of the accommodation

BBQs and fires are allowed within the campsite, but only in a barrel (not allowed on the ground).

🏠 Mobil-homes Our mobil-homes can accommodate 4 to 5 people and include: • 2 bedrooms • 1 double bed • 2 single beds • 4 single duvets (120 × 200) • Bathroom with shower • Separate toilet • Equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, dishes and kitchen utensils • Small living area ⚠️ Bed linen not provided 🌿 Suspended tent The suspended tent is suitable for 2 people and includes: • King-size bed (180 × 200 cm) • Duvet (220 × 240 cm) (bed linen not provided but mandatory) • Kitchenette: fridge, gas stove, table, and dishes • Small fridge with mini freezer • Power outlets (6A – 220V) and interior lighting • Dishes for 2 people 🚿 No private bathroom

🛏️ Bed linen Bed sheets are not provided in rental accommodations and are mandatory for hygiene reasons. ⚠️ Please bring your own sheets and duvet covers for your stay. For the Woodcutter’s Tent 🪵: • No duvet or pillow provided. Guests must bring their own.

Each rental accommodation has space to park a car (included in the price).

Final cleaning is not included in the price of the stay. This can be done by you. Otherwise, you will be charged for an additional cost of 30€ for the tent in the trees and 70€ for the mobile homes (except for the kitchen area and dishes). If you prefer that we carry out the cleaning for you at the end of your stay, you can reserve it at the campsite reception on your arrival.
